Ryan Roberts

Ryan Roberts, 19, is an oboist in his second year of studies with Elaine Douvas at The Juilliard School. In high school, Roberts performed with the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America, which included a concert at the BBC Proms. In 2015, Roberts performed the Goossens Oboe Concerto as a Spotlight Awards First Grand Prize Winner. At Juilliard, Roberts performs frequently as principal oboist of the Juilliard Orchestra. Last summer, he attended the Aspen Music Festival on a full scholarship granted by the Music Center of Los Angeles. Roberts is a proud recipient of the Kovner Fellowship at The Juilliard School.
